OCEANUS

"If there is magic on this planet , it is contained in water." -Loren Eiseley

The Oceanus event mainly focuses on raising awareness on the SDG goals of life below water. By testing the participants' knowledge and deductive reasoning skills, we hope to inspire new ideas for the conservation of marine resources and in this way we want to analyse the ability to tackle harsh and complex problems.

SDG Connect:-

The 14th Sustainable Development goal sets a timeline for achieving certain milestones in the process of the conservation of marine resources. As we know, the number of species going extinct every day is shockingly high. Human activities have only aided in this loss of our biodiversity. The 14th SDG provides a space, within a legal framework, for the creation of new ideas and practices that will positively affect the preservation and growth of marine resources.
